This policy explains what personal data Senclude collects through this website and how we use it.
Who We Are
Senclude provides accessibility support, Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) services, and training for education providers. For any privacy question, contact us at info@senclude.com.
What We Collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to send us through our contact forms:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your business or organisation (optional); and
- the content of your message.
Senclude does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. We store two functional preferences only in your own browser (using local storage), never sent to us: your light/dark theme choice, and your cookie-consent choice.
Some pages can embed YouTube videos. These are blocked by default and load only if you accept the cookie banner or choose to play a specific video. If you accept, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies and receive your IP address — see Google’s privacy policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.
Why We Use It
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up where appropriate. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any possible agreement.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell or rent your information. Messages are delivered to, and stored within, our email system (provided by Microsoft 365) and our website hosting provider. We only share information where required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any reasonable follow-up, after which they are deleted.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email info@senclude.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
