Job purpose: Overview of the role:
The ideal candidate will provide a supporting role to the Senclude Team. They shall work individually and in teamed instances. Day-to-day duties include but not limited to: managing marketing campaigns from design to delivery, promoting, interacting and maintaining mass media communication as well as targeted audience advertising. Liaise with external agencies, required to promote Senclude services. Develop projects in line with modern media influences, using a range of social media platforms. Provide a service dedicated to ensuring quality provision to the current and potential client base.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Managing Media projects: Design, Development, Delivery.
- Administrate projects: record keeping, meetings, minute keeping, tracking etc.
- Managing Contractors: relationship building, negotiation etc.
- Providing support and liaising with current and potential clients: by promoting the Senclude values.
- Complete administrative tasks as part of the role.
- Develop and research new ideas for improving services.
- Take advantage of time within the working week for self-development.
