Role: Business Development Coordinator
Department: Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) Team
Reporting to: John-Paul Anderson
Location: Hybrid, Remote with agreed days in the office / Witney, Oxfordshire. Do not be put of by where you live as we understand that remote working may be essential for some applicants.
Salary: Based on the Real Living Wage
Contract type: Fixed Term, 9 months Full time – 36 hours a week

Job purpose: Overview of the role:
The ideal candidate will provide a supporting role to the DSA Team. They shall work individually and in teamed instances. Day-to-day duties include managing financial systems and liaising with external agencies when necessary to resolve queries as they arise. Ensure the database is up to date and changes are made as required. Ensure student files are managed and maintained in line with audit expectations. Promote Senclude to external agencies. Provide a service dedicated to ensuring a quality provision to the current and potential client base.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Managing financial records.
- Managing Databases.
- Managing Contractors.
- Providing support and liaising with current and potential clients.
- Complete administrative tasks as part of the role.
- Develop and research new ideas for improving services.
- Take advantage of time within the working week for self-development.
Personal specification - Essential criteria:
