The Detail

A Senclude work-based assessment helps identify barriers and solutions using the following steps:

  • Consultation
  • Report

The consultation takes up to 3 hours to complete and helps the Specialist Assessor gather information from the individual being assessed and significant others, such as line manager, HR, colleagues.

This information is the used to create a report that includes recommendations that should help address the current need.
